10-9 Tactical Refund & Return Policy

At 10-9 Tactical, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

 

Returns

  • We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • To start a return, please contact us at ten9tactical@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer exchanges for the same item if available. Simply contact us at ten9tactical@gmail.com to request an exchange.

 

Refunds

 

  • After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at ten9tactical@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

  • Custom-made or personalized products
