At 10-9 Tactical, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
Returns
- We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at ten9tactical@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer exchanges for the same item if available. Simply contact us at ten9tactical@gmail.com to request an exchange.
Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at ten9tactical@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
