10-9 Tactical Shipping Policy

- At 10-9 Tactical, we work hard to make sure your gear gets to you quickly and securely. Every order is handled with care and shipped out as soon as possible.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Please note: Processing times may be slightly delayed during holidays, new product launches, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on select promotions or minimum order amounts (if applicable)
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
Order Tracking: After your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. 10-9 Tactical is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at ten9tactical@gmail.com. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
International Shipping: At this time, we currently only ship within the United States.
